We ship to all areas within Hong Kong with the following shipping rates for most products:

• Order amount below HK$500: HK$50

• Order amount at or above HK$500: FREE

Note:

• Some products may require additional shipping charge. In such case, customer will see the charge at checkout.

• The shipping company may require extra charge for remote/residential areas. Such charges will be responsible by the customer.

We do offer overseas shipping and please contact us for shipping quote to your country/regions.

Customers are also welcome to pick up their orders at our store free of charge.

Return and Refund Policy

​

(1) Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

 

(2) The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damage. If any damages are found immediately, or if any products are found not up to manufacturers’ standard within 7 days of delivery, customers should contact us to follow up as soon as possible and if the product is confirmed by us as not meeting the manufacturers’ standard, we will arrange to exchange the product.

 

(3) If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment.

 

(4) Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt should be produced to us before product exchange is accepted.

 

(5) We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for.

(6) All original packing materials, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund. We may at our discretion to reject exchange or refund request if any of the above items are damaged or missing.

 

(7) The product to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage.

(8) No exchange would be made for product which has been registered on-line for warranty service or has undergone any repair.

(9) All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
